Karaoke Policies
We will hold your room for 15 minutes if you are running late… but, keep in mind that the total time of your reservation is still your total time.
There is no age limit to enjoy the experience. However, alcohol will NOT be served in rooms with minors present. Those of age may drink at the bar and/or leave drinks on the table outside of the room.
**Cancellation policy for Karaoke: $5 / person will be charged if cancelled within 24 hours of reservation.
** Reservation policy: if Card is Not on File within 24 hours of Reservation, the Reservation will be cancelled.
** Reservation Time policy: Karaoke reservations begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.
** Multiple Room Booking policy: For groups booking both rooms, a minimum charge based on the reserved capacity will apply.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Please notify us as soon as possible if your plans change or if you are running late.
Karaoke rooms are held for 15 minutes past the scheduled reservation time. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be considered a no-show and may be charged the full room rate.
To avoid a no-show charge, please notify us at least 1 hour before your reservation time if you need to cancel or adjust your reservation.
Reservation times are fixed. Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time. Karaoke reservations begin and end at the reserved time, regardless of arrival time.
For groups booking multiple rooms, a minimum charge based on the reserved room capacity may apply.
Age & Alcohol Policy
Absolutely NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL ALLOWED. If discovered, this will result in the immediate end to the karaoke reservation for all guests.
All ages are welcome to enjoy karaoke.
Alcohol is served only to guests 21+ with valid ID. When guests under 21 are present, alcoholic drinks must remain in the possession of the adult guest who ordered them. Guests under 21 may not handle, hold, sip, or consume alcohol at any time.
A responsible adult must remain present with minors during the karaoke reservation.
Lasang Pinoy may limit alcohol service to the bar or an outside-room table at any time, especially when minors are present or when staff cannot reasonably monitor alcohol service.
Room Capacity & Guest Count
Guest count must stay within the approved room capacity. Additional guests may be subject to additional charges or may not be allowed in the room if capacity has been reached.
Right to Refuse Service
Lasang Pinoy reserves the right to refuse service, limit alcohol service, or end a karaoke reservation due to disruptive, unsafe, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior, or any conduct that interferes with the safety and enjoyment of guests or staff.
No refunds will be issued if a booking is ended due to guests behavior or violation of this policy.
Recording and Privacy
Security cameras may be in use in common areas for safety and monitoring.
Guests may not record, photograph, or livestream other guests or staff without their consent. Guests are responsible for obtaining consent from all members of their party before recording or livestreaming performances.
Liability
Lasang Pinoy, LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
Guests use the karaoke rooms, microphones, screens, seating, and related equipment at their own risk. By signing this form, guests agree to release and hold harmless Lasang Pinoy, LLC from claims related to their use of the karaoke room, except where prohibited by law.
Damages
Guests are financially responsible for damage to karaoke rooms, furniture, microphones, remotes, screens, speakers, tablets, equipment, decor, or other property caused by misuse, negligence, or intentional damage.
A cleaning or damage fee may be charged for excessive mess, broken equipment, missing items, or damage requiring repair or replacement.
