After decades in the corporate world, Ate Maria wanted the opportunity to apply all of her experiences, education, and values into a family-run business. Lasang Pinoy is our platform to work together and contribute to our community through food, fun, culture, and service.
Kuya Bill
Executive Chef
Meet our Head Chef, the mastermind behind our amazing Pinoy dishes. This guy studies the art and science of cooking and cuisines around the world! With years of experience and a passion for creating delicious flavors, Kuya Bill ensures that every dish is a true culinary delight.
Lola Tess
General Manager
Meet the matriarch of our family – the one this restaurant is inspired by – we call her Lola, it means Grandma in Tagalog. She is our General Manager, running the front of house and our catering business. Lola embodies the hospitality for which the Filipino people are known.
Celebrating Filipino Heritage
The Philippines is a mosaic of over 7,000 islands, 17 regions, and a rich culinary history shaped by trade, conquest, and indigenous traditions. Each region contributes its own unique flavors and techniques, creating a tapestry of fusion cuisine. In our scratch kitchen, we honor this heritage by contributing to the Filipino Food Movement, representing this beautiful diversity to the best of our ability. Kain Tayo! (Let’s eat!)
