Join us for Supper Club! Kuwento sa Kusina: War & Recovery – The Japanese Influence
Concept: From tempura to savory broths, Japanese tastes and techniques left a quiet but lasting mark on our cuisine.
Held on the last Sunday of each month from October through April, this intimate dining experience is designed as both a cultural and culinary journey through history. Each evening will feature four thoughtfully crafted courses, with an optional drink pairing, exploring the flavors and influences that have shaped Filipino cuisine across the centuries.
This first season will be intentionally small and personal, with only ten seats available per gathering, allowing us to share not only the food but also the stories behind each dish — and to get to know you along the way.
