Frequently Asked Questions

When is the Karaoke open?

Karaoke rooms are available Tuesday – Thursday from 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM and Friday – Saturday from 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM with last reservations 1 hour prior to closing.

Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are always welcome, but reservations are preferred so that you don’t have to wait for a room. Reservations are for a 1 hour minimum. If you need more time, please note that on the reservation. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation. You may make a reservation online or in person.

What if my plans change & I need to cancel or am running late?

Please provide us the courtesy of notification at least 1 hour prior to your reserved time if your plans have changed or are running late. We will hold your room for 15 minutes and keep in mind that the total time of your reservation is still your total time. If you notify us 1 hour in advance of your reserved time, you will not be charged. However, if you are a straight up no show (15 minutes after reservation time), you will be charged the full rate.

Is there an age limit?

There is no age limit. However, alcohol will NOT be served in rooms with minors present. Those of age may drink at the bar and/or leave drinks on the table outside of the room.

What is included in the Karaoke room?

We have two private Karaoke rooms that will fit up to 12 people. All rooms are equipped with TV’s, two microphones, speakers, and lights. A special Karaoke Room menu for food and a full bar is available if you are interested. All equipment and the room will be cleaned & sanitized between each reservation.

When do I need to arrive?

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your reservation time so that you can maximize your time having fun!

What if I want to stay longer?

If the room isn’t reserved or there isn’t a waitlist, you are in luck and can stay for additional 1 hour increments.
